Response Time: I will respond you immediately when I receive it. I will verify what you want, and ask any questions I have at that time. I will then send you an order/invoice. 

Design Time:  As soon as possible. First come first serve. 1-2 weeks during busy seasons. Keep an eye on your email for status updates.

Other Stuff: Want something photoshopped rather than hand drawn, we can do that too! Want to upload your own design to our products to purchase, absolutely we are happy to help!
